Most commonly used: GNU C/C++ (gcc/g++) and GNU Make.  Pretty boring. :)

Don't really have a favourite.   These days I prefer writing Python (2.x)
code and don't do much C/C++ any more.  I'll always have a soft spot for
Borland C++ 3.1 for DOS though.  It's what most people "cut their
teeth" on in the 1990s.

Borland C++ Builder for Windows is fun too, although the C++ language was a
bit of an awkward fit.

If you're collecting compilers, OpenWatcom is missing from your list.
