It's Delphi partly translated to C++. I say "partly" because it
retains some of the Pascal terminology for some of its bits. I
haven't used it much yet, but it seems to be a very good shell for
writing Win95 programs, in the same way that Turbo Vision made a
nice front end for dos programs, but with a few more non-visible
tools.
